Your wedding day is one of the most important day of your life, and for many it's the first and only time that you'll hire a professional photographer or be photographed by a professional.
Everyone wants their wedding day to run as smoothly as possible and it's totally natural to feel slightly nervous about being photographed for an entire day. But don't worry!!!! I'll guide you through every part of your day to ensure that you have some beautiful photographs to cherish forever.
Wedding Photography Packages and Prices
For 2019 weddings, I am offering a special deal for all weddings booked.
If you book me for your wedding you will receive:
Two wedding photographers on the day of your wedding - I prefer to work alongside a second photographer to ensure that we manage to capture every single aspect of your day. There is so much happening at the same time at weddings and I can't be in two places at once! It also means that we will capture two angles during the ceremony (depending on the venue and who is conducting the ceremony) and my second photographer can also act as my assistant during the big group shots.
A wedding album - A lot of wedding clients used to say to me that they didn't want a wedding album, with many changing their minds six months or so after their wedding day. So now I include one in all of my wedding packages! I'd also hate for you to go away and get a cheap one from somewhere off the internet, so why not let me get you one from the best album makers in the world (in my honest opinion!) - Graphistudio! Several of their wedding albums I include as standard in my packages, with upgrades also available upon request for an extra amount. When you meet me in person then you will get to view some of my sample albums which are included in my package price. There are no hidden costs unless you choose to upgrade!
20 prints ready to frame - perfect for gifting to friends and relatives or displaying in your own home.
All the edited images on a USB stick - With two photographers covering your day, we end up with a lot of images. So after your wedding day, I go through all of the images taken and delete any which are not suitable to be used. This may include images where people are blinking, pulling funny faces as they have been caught mid-sneeze for example, images where the focus isn't 100% or images which genuinely just didn't work out. I cannot guarantee an exact amount of number of images that you will end up with, but I would guess that for an average wedding you can expect somewhere between 500-1000. These selected images will then be colour corrected and cropped and placed on a USB stick ready for you to do with as you wish.
Coverage from bridal prep to speeches - We can stay longer or shorter if you wish and this can be discussed prior to your wedding day.
All this for £850
What happens next?
Sound good? Well if you'd like to know more then all you have to do is contact me. You can either fill out my contact form, open up the live chat (if I am available) or email me at email@example.com. Due to the nature of my work, I cannot always answer phone calls straight away, so please leave me a message if I am unavailable and I will call you back as soon as I can.
I like to meet all my prospective wedding clients prior to booking me. I absolutely hate hard sell, but you spend such a long time with your photographer on your wedding day that it's important that you like me and vice versa. Meeting up in person gives you the chance to ask me questions and for me to find out a bit more about your wedding day. I'll also bring along a couple of sample albums for you to have a look at, so you can see what is included as standard in my wedding photography package.
After we have met, I leave you with the details of what we have discussed and the paperwork that I give to all of my clients. You can then make a decision in your own time about if you would like to book me or not. Just because you meet with me does not mean that you are under obligation to book me. I will pencil in your wedding date in my diary before I leave, so if I get another enquiry in the meantime then I can make sure that I consult with you first. I work on a "first come, first served" basis.
If you do decide to go ahead and book, then all I require is for you to fill out the paperwork with the details of your wedding and a £100 deposit. The remaining balance is then due 30 days before your wedding day. We can then arrange for me to visit your wedding venue/speak to your wedding co-ordinator and get together to discuss the timings and other important details about your day. I'm available as many times as you need me to be before and after your wedding, so if you want to ask me a question then all you have to do is pick up the phone or email me, or I can even come and see you in person!
